Total square footage is 3,000 sq. feet. It is equipped with the following features:

- 2,500 Square-Feet Hard Wood Dance Floors
- Seating Area with Chairs and Tables
- Kitchen Area with Sink, Mini Fridge, Microwave Oven and cupboards.

Floor Space
Floor space is available for individual and partner dance practice.
For students we charge $10 per hour to use the floor. The space will be shared with other students and instructors. Students in lessons have priority. Floor space also available for guest teachers, teaching private lessons at a different rate. The space will be shared with other students and instructors. Studio rental is up to the discretion of the studio owner.
